Southern Egypt - Wadi Lahami
Diving in South Egypt
Diving is possible year-round and you will be amazed by the underwater geography. You will find every dive type you wish for. Amazing reefs, pinnacles, caves, and caverns. The diving starts early in the morning and you can choose to go with or without a guide.
Wadi Lahami
Wadi Lahami is where I stayed. A beautiful secluded camp all the way in the utmost south of Egypt. You could even see the border with Sudan! In the camp, you will stay in tents, comfortable and spacious and you will be served full-board since there are no shops around.
How to get there?
To get to Wadi Lahami, you will have to fly to Hurghada or Marsa Alam. You will probably book your stay via the website provided below and make sure to arrange a transfer as well. From Marsa Alam, it's 180km south, and from Hurghada almost 400km south.
